I want to drop about 10-15 lbs? Please help my situation?
Here's the deal, I've been fat/chubby all my life ( I'm 15 ) and I really want to be skinny or at least slim down. I'm 5'8 175-180 lbs. I don't think exercising is a big problem to me but I'm not the kind of person to run laps. Instead I play basketball with friends on the team and I played fullback for football last season so I could say I'm pretty athletic for being chubby/fat, but it's not enough for me. I get called fat sometimes and I hate it, because all my friends are skinny and I want to be better looking also. I think a big problem is eating a lot for me. I tend to eat A LOT I have no idea why. At McDonald's I'd typically get at least 2 burgers with fries and a drink, while I see my friends just get one burger. I ate less for a week and I noticed I dropped down to 170, but my eating habits got to me again and now I feel huge and bloated also and now im back to 176 in one week. I feel like I can drop the weight, it's just I can't stop eating so much. What can I do? I've been over eating for so many years now, I'm surprised I'm not obese right now.
