What should I use to flush out my ear canal?

I clean my ears on a daily but as I cleaned them lastnight alot of earwax came out so I grabbed some q-tips started digging then I couldn't hear out my left ear it seems ok now but seems 2 b blocked a lil still. I change tires & due to our location theres alot of debri n the air dust, corrosion from rims etc. Wut can I do?
