NFL free agent T.J. Duckett: A good fit for the Chicago Bears?

I think we should get a WR instead of a back at this point. Probably a new offensive coordinator if not head coach while we're at it. Our offense is so terrible it seems like we don't even practice it during the week. It's as if we just accept not having an offense when teams like the Steelers and Ravens do a decent job of having a good offense and defense.
