Does America have too many laws ?

Laws laws laws laws for making laws laws for how high your swimming pool can be or how many dogs you can own or what time you can stop buying liquor , Muck that ! America has so many laws yet the government chooses which ones to enforce on any given day . I just think it's all BS . TOO many laws to much work too much school too many bills how do you do it ? I hate it . I hate being an American and living in a country that allows millions of immigrants to flood the system making it hard to even survive , do you think America has too many laws and rules to survive ?
