If tony romo doesnt perform like he should in the 2011-2012 season should the cowboys draft a new qb?

The way I see it, it's time for tony romo to step up and lead the the cowboys to a respectable playoff run. We drafted some new offensive linemen and a new fullback so I see no excuse as to why he can't put up probowl numbers. Year after year people make up excuses as to why tony romo sucks ***. Do you think if tony romo plays terrible this upcoming year the cowboys will move on and look for a new quaterback or draft a new qb? I am okay with tony right now but I never forgave him for that fumbled snap against the seahawks.... :P
