Is there a fullback in a spread offence?

Depends on the spread offense. Most spreads use a full back, but not very often. Some use one on almost every play. A spread just means the offense is "spread" out, usually with 3 or 4 wide receivers. They still use tight ends and full backs at times for protection of the QB.
