New school, new worries?

so, im gonna be a junior in highschool... and me and my mom have been fighting and its too bad for me to go back home, and i want to change schools yet again i don't, because i dont know if i will like it , anyways, can anyone tell me if its a bad or good idea, / pros or cons of being the new girl, i just dont want to be some loner who gets **** from people, when im chill as **** ya dig? id being going to a school by my dads house
