Should I be taking Aderall? How much and when? I'm a junior in highschool.?
I'm 17 and a Junior in high school. I play fullback on our football team and I try to lift 5-6 times a week to earn my varsity spot. I'm 5'8 and weigh about 190 at the start of every day. I'd like to be 200 by August and I'm going to start taking weight gain shakes and powders too. I do NOT have adhd, I only have add. I have trouble focusing in school and I noticed it helps me pay attention, I'm slowly raising my grades, and I'm much happier and productive. I'm prescribed one 20mg tablet per day. I do take 2 tablets a lot and sometimes 3 if i need to work hard in school that day. I'm going to be going to a football speed development session every morning before school starting tomorrow to get faster and we run a lot. This is at 6 15 am and I start school at 7 25. Should I take it before I run or in between then and school starting. And I have basketball class, weightlifting twice, and speed development on B days (every other day) and a study hall class and an easy class. Should I still take a tablet on those days or should I skip it? And is it safe to be taking with exercising so much. (I take nitric oxide once or twice a day before lifting, is that safe too?)
