I'm a freshman going into my sophmore year. I love the game of football and i really wanna get good at it.I'm not the fastest or biggest guy. I'm 5'7 140. can only bench like 120 and squat the same. what should i work out. i'm fairly fast i can run the mile in 7 minutes. but i dont have the hands to be a reciever and not quite fast enough to be a running back. i would like to play TE or MLB maybe even fullback, NEED ADVICE ASAP (workouts,tips,tricks etc)
