Whats wrong with my hamster?

she has muck around her chin and it looks like blood but might be dirt, she poos loads and never eats just moves her food around the cage, she REALLY smells but ive cleaned her cage, she never drinks for ages and then drinks loads, when i put her in her ball she just sleeps, whats wrong?
