Summer job with horses?

It's too late for this summer, but Congressional Day Camp off Sleepy Hollow Road in Falls Church has a horse program for their campers. Some of the counselors help with the horse program. But, at age 15, you would only qualify as an unpaid Counselor-in-Training and it's tough to get a job there if you haven't previously been a camper.
