Weird Pain on Right side of Neck and Headache on the right side of my head?

Dude. I work 40 hours per week at night and I'm a full time student during the day, studying for finals as well. You have time. Go to the ER if you need to; the amount of time that you spend waiting to see someone (FOREVER) can be spent studying, just take your books with you. What's the difference between studying in the ER waiting room and at your apartment drinking Red Bull all night? Your health must be your top priority; ignoring this stuff won't make it go away! You need to see a doctor. If you don't go before finals, then your grades won't be as good because all you will be able to focus on during your tests is how bad you feel. Good luck.
