It sounds like you eat very healthy, but if you were to eat twice as many calories as you burned, you would gain a pound a day, just as if you burned twice as many calories as you eat you would lose a pound a day. To me, it sounds like you are eating fine, and getting about 2000 calories today. Your height and weight seem healthy, and you are getting a great amount of calories each day. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
